The English language version of this EULA shall be controlling in all respects and shall prevail in case of any inconsistencies with translated versions. If You do not have authorities to enter into this EULA or You do not agree with its terms, do not use the ABBYY Software, and disable, remove it from Your system, and destroy any copies or uninstall ABBYY Software in Your possession. You agree that this EULA is legally binding and enforceable like any written negotiated agreement signed by You and against You.
The ABBYY Software is protected by copyright laws and international treaty provisions and some portions are protected by patent and trade secret laws. You agree to be bound by the terms of this EULA through (a) Your download, installation, or use of the ABBYY Software or (b) Your express agreement to this EULA. This Subscription End User License Agreement (“ EULA”) between You and ABBYY covers Your use of the ABBYY® Software (“ ABBYY Software”).
